The room felt cozy and was clean, featuring a beautiful view of the mountains. A highlight was the pool and jacuzzi, both perfectly maintained and enjoyable for the whole family. Breakfast offerings were good, but at $22 per adult, it felt overpriced. Additionally, the lack of breakfast inclusion during check-in was a disappointment.

fantastic access to parks and cultural landmarks for exploration
I loved how easy it was to stroll to places like Centenniel Park and the Jasper Yellowhead Museum Archives, both within a 15-minute walk, making my weekend filled with exploration and stunning scenery while staying in a spacious room with a cozy atmosphere and excellent dining options, including an amazing steak at Hearthstone Lounge.

The Woodland Balcony Room was decent size and the beds were comfy, which was a plus. I really liked how clean and organized everything was, especially since it felt new. The view from the balcony was nice too, especially in the morning. But honestly, the storage was lacking—just a small wardrobe and one drawer. Also, the bathroom was tiny and pretty basic, not really what I expected. Overall, solid stay but a few things could be better.

The room was beautifully decorated and had the comfiest beds, perfect for a restful night. I also loved the great shower pressure and the lovely toiletries provided. it felt like a spa experience. The outdoor seating area was a bonus, and the hotel was just a short walk from Jasper's center.
Had to find coins for laundry machines.

The room was lovely and spacious, with a comfortable balcony that offered a great view of the mountains. The layout of the hotel was interesting. however, the noise from the pool area could be a bit overwhelming at times, especially when children were playing. I didn't mind it much, but it may not be ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, and I appreciated the cleanliness and charm of the place.

great facilities but lacking in breakfast variety
The room we stayed in was spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette, which really allowed us to save on meals. The staff were genuinely friendly and provided quick housekeeping service. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail, like the inclusion of makeup removal wipes which added a nice touch to our stay.
However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, making it a bit monotonous over four mornings.

missingWrote a review on Aug 07gorgeous viewhot tubcozy atmosphererusty tubpricey breakfastdirty faucet
I enjoyed the gorgeous views from my balcony that overlooked the mountains. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere with wood details everywhere, creating a warm feel. The pool area wasn’t too crowded, which was nice for relaxing after a day of exploring. I loved the complimentary hot tub. it was hot and soothing. On the downside, the bathroom in my room needed some improvement. The tub had rust, which raised concerns for me. The sink faucet was dirty and not well maintained, which was off-putting. Breakfast was decent, but I found it too pricey for what it offered, especially since I wasn’t informed that I had to pay extra. Also, I felt the layout made it tricky to access certain areas, especially with kids. The location was a bit distant from Jasper’s center. about a 1.5 km walk to restaurants and shops. However, I appreciated the free parking close to the entrance, which made getting around easier.

Great location and friendly staff
I had an enjoyable stay in a spacious room with beautiful views, and I appreciated the clean amenities like the pool and steam room. The staff were attentive and made my visit comfortable. However, the dining experience could use improvement, as the restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive at times.

We had a fantastic time in a Woodland Atrium Room with two doubles, enjoying the indoor pool and a relaxing massage session at the spa. The hotel's amenities made our stay even better, although the Wi-Fi could've been faster. Be sure to try the breakfast buffet. it's worth it! 😊
